Here are some notes for assembling the Expansion Board:
- Square pads. The square pad indicates the mounting position of pin 1 of an integrated circuit, the cathode (minus lead) of a diode, the minus side of a polarized capacitor, or the marked pin of a resistor pack (dot/band marking).
- With the exception of the six servo headers, all male header pins mount facing down from the bottom of the board.
- The following diagram indicates areas of the board to be masked before wave-soldering operation. Masked areas are marked in orange.
